These terms cover your use of publishing.soundisruptr.comand the application form on it.

This is not a publishing agreement

Applying does not create any contract between us, and does not give SounDisruptr any rights over your music. If we decide to work together, that happens through a separate publishing administration agreementthat you read and sign. Nothing on this page changes, replaces, or forms part of that agreement.

Applying

• You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian apply on your behalf.
• The information you give us must be accurate and about you.
• You must have the right to the music at the links you send us.
• Applying doesn't guarantee acceptance. We're selective and we take on a limited number of artists.

We aim to respond to every application. We're not obliged to explain why an application wasn't successful.

Your music stays yours

Sending us links to your music does not transfer any ownership, copyright, or publishing interest to us. You're giving us permission to listen to it and look at your public profiles so we can assess the application —nothing more.

Using the site

Please don't:

• submit automated or bulk applications
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site
• impersonate another artist or submit someone else's details

What's on this site

The text, design, logo and code here belong to SounDisruptr. Descriptions of our services are provided in good faith to explain what we do, but they are not a guarantee of any particular outcome — no one can promise a specific amount of royalties or any particular sync placement.

Availability

We try to keep the site up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove parts of it.
